Our first experience with Aker Doors was approximately 25 years ago. We had doors replaced at our previous home. We were so satisfied by the service that we insisted that our builder use Aker Doors when we built our new home back in 1997. When we added a new detached garage, we didn’t hesitate to call Aker, again. We have had a couple service calls in recent years(on the 20 year old doors). Once to replace a roller and another to replace a cable. The repairs were done within a few hours of calling for service. Staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks, Aker, it is great to know there are still companies out there that have such great customer service.
